London-based Muslim entrepreneur. I recently finished my business degree from University while maintaining a 5+ years career in a leadership role in a billion-dollar business. Since the completion of my formal education, I’ve decided not to pursue the corporate route after reading great books such as ‘rich dad poor dad’ by Robert Kiyosaki and ‘Your Next Five Moves’ by Patrick Bet David. Instead, I’ve decided to become an autodidact in the space of entrepreneurship, business and self-development. My self-education ranges from learning from mentors and reading non-fiction books from great minds such as MJ DeMarco, Robert Greene and Morgan Housel to name a few. I’ve decided to chase a dream of bringing my love for business, technology and being a Muslim into one endeavour of founding a technology start-up in the halal meat industry. I’ve dedicated a lot of time and effort into learning and understanding the different points of my potential business’s operation which has given me the confidence to tackle the obstacles and perceiver to the current point of product development. I’m also on a personal branding journey and the vessel I’m currently using is social media platforms; Instagram, Twitter and linked in. I'm quite new to the space as I wasn’t on any platforms until I read Gary Vaynerchuk’s books; ‘Crush It’ and ‘Crushing It’ which made me see the value of having a personal brand to elevate and accelerate a business.
