Mechanical Design Engineer
CurrentDesigned automation machine used in solar industry using Solidworks in which I designed the fabrication part and choosing suitable standard parts to be used in order to achieve the customer’s needs by calculating proper actuator sizing, motor sizing, material selection, simulating finite element analysis, cost estimation, and design for manufacturability. Using the Solidworks, I am able to generate detailed drawings with GD&T and also bill of materials for production team. I am also using the ERP system to ensure proper resource management and accurate information transmission across deparments. I am familiar with pneumatic diagrams, most commonly using ZWCad software to properly document the accurate connection between fittings and parts used for the assembly team perusal.Managed to complete the assembly and commissioning of 4 projects consisting 15 individual machines and more than 20 conveyors at customer’s site within the timeframe allocated by providing mechanical support to the team and good and fast problem solving skills while maintaining good rapport with the customer.
