- Deliver compliance program projects (IBM, Microsoft) to ensure the accuracy of SW license statements, software usage,rebate and other incentive schemes and similar self-reporting relationships;- Support the Senior Consultants and Managers & Guarantee a high quality professional execution of SW licensing audit engagements within CEE region (especially Russia) in addition to other types of third-party reviews;-Analyze complex SW license agreements and identify contracts issues;-Draft reports for management and peer review and document review results;-Present findings, risks and recommendations to clients;-Be commercially aware, with the ability to rapidly assimilate information, identify and evidence conflicting - Responsible for obtaining the required information, often looking to derive corroborative information from a variety of different sources - Project planning, data management, data evidence, report preparation and management and delivery of client work

-Present business solutions at the executive level for the IPG (Imagine Printing Group) products and services portfolio to SMB market (end customer, B2C) within EMEA (specifically Russia); -Managing and closing services renewals and upgrade opportunities; -Contacting new and existing customers to discuss their needs and how best to utilize the organizations products and services; -Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and identifying/qualifying new opportunities for the company’s Value Added Resellers, National resellers and distributors to pursue;-Built and maintain close relationship with new and existing channel partners in the region, develop relationships with channel partners and distributors for leads and joint sales activities, driving sales over the phone, forecasting and account/opportunity detail in the CRM;-Generate and follow up leads and convert these into opportunities, develop strong pipeline and close business, identify and properly qualify business opportunities. -Working in close cooperation with Partner Business Managers (PBM), Product Managers, and Project Managers.
