• Prepared and drafted appeals, counters, submissions, applications, rejoinders etc. before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Tax Tribunals and lower tax authorities such as the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), Dispute Resolution Panel, Tax Officers. • Represented taxpayers in their tax disputes pertaining to transfer pricing and corporate taxation before Courts in India; Formulated defense strategies against transfer pricing additions made by the IRA• Briefed Senior Advocates in relation to tax appeals filed before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.• Involved in transfer pricing planning and compliance related work, including defending my client’s benchmarking practices before the tax officers.• Have extensive knowledge of the Indian transfer pricing provisions including the various benchmarking methods, identification of appropriate comparable companies, application of requisite filters. • Expertise and practical knowledge of the UNTP Manual and OECD provisions.
