I had some of the best sales numbers of high-end loose leaf tea and brewing solutions at the Independence Mall location, as well as responsibilities like cleaning, running the register, and making drink orders.In under 5 months I was promoted to Team Lead, opening and closing the store, doing paper work and posting sales data, and leading the day’s sales team. Then I became Visual Team Lead.I am now Operations Team Lead in the plaza location in charge of ordering and organizing stock, and still have the highest sales numbers in the store.
