We run team building events throughout the year but I hope to also create more day-to-day initiatives to help improve staff satisfaction as well as giving a forum for ideas so staff can share their experiences, as all business rely on collaboration - not the ideas of a sole individual.In the future we hope to out-source our marketing team to our customers to provide a more well-rounded service-wrap, this is something we have started trailing with some customers with a good success rate overall. I help organise Live Fest 2011, booking acts, concepts and ideas, web design, logo design, sponsorships and promotions.

As a supervisor at O'Neill I performed all of the usual duties required of a retail sales-advisor, but I also was a permanent key holder and acted as sole-manager a minimum of one day per week.
