The love and care I invest in my family are at the heart of everything I do. This devotion is the cornerstone of my identity and the driving force behind my aspirations.Simultaneously, I am a passionate entrepreneur with an unyielding determination. My partner, Mike, and I jointly manage The Woodlands Phonebook, an exclusive online platform spotlighting and supporting businesses and solo entrepreneurs in The Woodlands, Texas. In a prior venture, I co-founded Bunna Café, a distinctive coffee shop chain in Guatemala City, where I crafted original menu recipes and oversaw operations for a rewarding span of 8 years. Preceding that, I served as a Project Manager at Spectrum, where I steered budget planning and execution for the construction of the prominent "Portales" shopping mall, a key addition to Central America's retail landscape.My educational journey mirrors my commitment to personal and professional development in the business realm. Holding a BASc in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Guatemala City's Universidad Francisco Marroquín forms a strong academic foundation. Further augmenting my expertise, I pursued Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations training at Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain. My skill set encompasses diverse areas, including Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Buenos Aires' Mausi Sebess and a Philosophy and Applied Psychology Diploma from THINK in Guatemala City. Currently, I am dedicated to a Business degree at LSC, with the ultimate goal of progressing to a Master’s program at Texas A&M.
