Serve as first level triage to troubleshoot technical operations request from Sales entities.Provide onboarding and continuous support to sales agents, ensuring access to required sales applications and tools.Manage user access for sales operations systems, maintaining compliance requirements.Report, analyze and track all call traffic and application issues to internal Call Center Management team.Manage Virtual Call Center opening and closing process based on business operation hours.Create and distribute business critical reports to internal customers.Monitor and ensure peak performance of billing systems.Business administrator for internal systems - create new users, maintenance, manage campaign lists, monitoring error logs, system security, routine and disaster recovery procedures, along with other task to ensure system efficiency.Perform quarterly audit on business related systems to ensure compliance standards are met.Audit email queue daily and report findings for compliancy and improvement opportunities to the supervisor to assist in creating improvement plan.

Responsible for performing direct customer support functions and service related tasks consistent with Cablevision's Sales policies and procedures. Enter orders into billing system, setting up proper orders and account hierarchies, follow completion of orders and ensure proper customer billing. Responsible for performing any and all administrative tasks through use of appropriate company documentation relating to all customer relations activities by ensuring documentation is completed in a full and accurate manner. Ability to interpret and explain to the customer current and historical information contained within the system in response to any customer related inquiriesPerform various administrative duties such as eTime/timekeeping, receiving and routing incoming mail, processing travel and expense statements, preparing correspondence, filing, and maintaining departmental office supplies. Utilizes Oracle to initiate purchase orders and/or payment forms. May perform other administrative tasks as needed. Utilizes various PC software packages such as spreadsheets, word processing, and graphics to produce high quality reports, presentations, or other documents. Participates in projects and performs other duties that are assigned.
