Supervises day to day operations to several Estee Lauder brands such as Aveda, Smashbox Cosmetics, Aramis and Designer Fragrances, Origins, and Lab Series. Coordinates effective coaching, developing, and motivating a team of Beauty Advisors to maximize sales of the brand(s) they represent. Ensures team to provide exceptional customer service while upholding brand(s) image and requirements. Responsible to report to Account Coordinator on store activity, sales, event recaps, and inventory levels.
