My role as the Founder is to ensure the business operates on a day to day basis. I manage the entire business from booking clients, to performing day to day tasks which includes video editing and content creation. I produce, direct and organise shoots.

My main responsibility is to bring in new customers via telephone, email and message co-ordination, to increase sign ups and grow our customer data base. I am also responsible for all graphic design and social media posts within house, this requires me to work outside normal working hours in order to create as much content as possible. I also manage the social media pages, replying to any messages and scheduling posts.

My role as a digital merchandiser was to ensure that all adverts were to a top level of quality by daily tweaking them and checking the analytics for each advert. I was also responsible for leading a team of progress chasers who would photo & video the stock to ensure that we had both the highest quantity but highest quality of adverts. I also took on the roll as Health & Safety co-ordinator for two sites to ensure that the health & safety of the sites were to a high standard reducing any risk of accidents or injury.

In this role I am responsible for heavy lifting and working in a fast paced factory environment. I have been trained in many of the pie area from frozen to high care – fresh pie. I have a lot of responsibility in keeping hygiene standards up and working to ensure the team are producing their targets and beyond each week.

My main role was to ensure that customers were served quickly and professionally. I then made the move to be a member of the floor staff team. It was a fast paced environment and strict cleaning rules had to be adhered to.
