Pitched TSMC stock to the fund’s analysts.

▪ Produced 6 market research reports on the consumer-tech industry, detailing current deal flow and market landscape. Built pitch decks and presented findings to 8 investors and 3 partnering funds, contributing to a 300% increase in AUM.▪ Conducted initial due diligence on 7 early-stage SaaS companies, analyzing business models, financials, growth prospects, management, and operations. Led to successful investments securing equity stakes of ~8-10% for partners.▪ Formulated 3 internal business strategy proposals, evaluated operational structures and production processes across 3 portfolio companies, and identified cost-saving opportunities resulting in a 13% reduction in expenditure.

▪ One of 16 in the program’s pilot class for the Ciocca Center's Venture Virtuoso program.▪ Crafted and presented a pitch deck for a Buy-Now-Pay-Later Startup to VC’s, focusing on narrative and pain points solutions, go-to-market strategy, TAM-SAM-SOM calculations, competition and product differentiation, and growth catalysts.▪ Evaluated pitches of 2 tech pre-seed and series-A companies, focusing on service offerings and MOATs, market timing and fit, and management, and proposed initial offerings based on an executive summary and term sheet recommendation.▪ Performed calculations for exit waterfalls from cap tables to assess equity demands from entrepreneurs, weighing decisions to liquidate or convert preferred stock to common stock depending on various equity stakes.

▪ Worked in cross-functional teams between undergraduate business and law students toconduct due diligence and provide customized business-legal advisory solutions for a small business.▪ Facilitated two engagements: - Assisted a sports gambling SAAS company with a merger and acquisition deal, handling market sizing and competition, company comparative advantages and profitability, and company synergies. - Created a comprehensive marketing strategy proposal for a local dessert shop centered around social media KPI data to reach target markets netting a 15% increase in customer traction, presented strategies to scale operations and open another brick-and-mortar, and presented a proposal on piloting a new product.

▪ 2023 Summer intern for VIVO Development Partners. Engaged in financial modeling, land planning, property development, and asset management.▪ Modeled an Excel discounted cash flow (DCF) amortizing a $50 million loan and 2 IRR sensitivity tables, comparing leveraged and unleveraged cash flows, and principal and interest payments under different cap rates and periods.▪ Assisted in revising and repackaging pro forma financial statements totaling ~$140 million in equity contribution for multifamily apartment projects “Park Place” and “Tuscany,” resolving errors amounting to ~$12 million. Aided in the presentation of Tuscany pro forma to prospective buyers.▪ Exposed to the listing, escrow processing, and eventual selling of Panera and Canes plats in the developing “Gallery Park” project in Gilbert, Arizona. Sat on calls with brokers presenting their Broker’s Opinion of Value (BOV) and prospective buyers for a new Black Rifle Coffee plat in the same project.▪ Created an Argus Enterprise model for the developing retail project “Verrado” in Buckeye, Arizona through extracting lease details and options from contracts, operating expenses and capital contributions from financial statements, and amortization of construction and permanent loans from loan documents.▪ Utilized the aforementioned Argus Enterprise model to determine the capability of meeting the DSCR loan covenant, necessitating a capital call totaling ~$300,000.

Advocated for greater AAPI representation in state and national legislature and for AAPI, history in public school social studies curriculum, and encouraged establishment of an Arizona Board of Education AAPI advisory counsel for 2 months. In summer of 2021, I created a series of educational videos on leaders within the AAPI community, and have reached out to 3 high school history teachers and the history department at my school to present the documentary “Far East Deep South.” I have engaged in community outreach, registered over 50 new voters outside community events and centers before the local election cycle, engaged in grant proposal writing, and expanded the internship program from 1-2 interns to 5-7, defining concrete roles and jobs for each intern. Over summer 2022, I have worked with JACL and directly talked to Ruben Gallego and Mark Kelly's staffers to encourage the politicians to cosponsor HR 2283 (Teaching Asian American History Act).

Helped found the San Tan chapter of Boys Team Charity San Tan in 2018. Organized joint events with AZ Burn Foundation resulting in more than 400 manhours across 100+ volunteers, installing smoke detectors in homes of underprivileged families and senior citizens.Coordinated remote events with Aris Foundation, creating at least 500 meals for homeless teenagers.Hosted a donation drive with The Welcome to America Project, providing furniture and clothes, employment introductions, and housing accommodations to refugee families.Partnered with Feed My Starving Children to create +2,000 food packs for families over my 4-years of service.

Throughout my time in high school, I took on the part-time job of being a private tutor. I had the opportunity to interact with students on wide-range of ages, and thus, had to curate my approach with each student. I learned that every student learns differently and that I had to become flexible to each student’s needs. I have developed patience teaching elementary and middle-school students, while refining my communication skills to teach complex STEM topics to high school students. I have also honed in on my time management to fit tutoring within school and extracurriculars.I tutored 5 middle school students in Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, and Trigonometry, and 2 high school students Calculus AB and BC. I taught 5 students Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.I instructed 4 preschool and elementary students in basic english grammar, vocabulary, and reading.
