Kiana Laude graduated this past May from the University of Connecticut School of Law with her Juris Doctor. During her time at UConn Law, she served as Technology Editor of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal, UConn Law's Diversity Alliance President, and BLSA Secretary. She also worked as a Research Assistant and Library Student Trainee on the law school campus. Kiana studied abroad at Aix-Marseille University in the South of France for her 3L fall semester. While at Aix-Marseille, Kiana took courses in International Arbitration, EU Commercial Law, and EU Constitutional Law. Kiana was also a Student Attorney within the UConn Transactional Law Clinic during her 3L spring.During her 1L summer, Kiana interned as a Summer Associate at Murtha Cullina and Raytheon Technologies. During her summer internships, she worked on various projects in the areas of Business Finance, Tax, Immigration, IP, Data Privacy, and Contract Review. For her 2L summer, Kiana returned to Murtha Cullina as a Summer Associate. As of May 2021, she graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science. Throughout Kiana's time in undergrad, she was heavily involved within the E-board of the UConn Law Society as President and Former Vice President and Secretary. Kiana also has an extensive history in retail and customer service.
