My work is designed to bridge the gap between those who want to improve their current conditions and their ability to do so. As a Certified Self-Mastery Coach, Breakthrough Parenting Instructor, Speaker, and Trainer, everything I do is rooted in service and action.Through my company, KRS Training and Development, I provide training to youth, young adults, and blue-collar workers who want to go above and beyond with their professional career goals. We aim to help individuals gain and maintain employment that leads to self-sufficiency by providing interactive self-mastery and hands-on workshops, tools and resources.We work closely with workforce development boards throughout California and beyond, and we’ve partnered with the City of Long Beach, LA Clippers, VoyageLA, Boys and Girls Club of Los Angeles, Greater Los Angeles African American Chamber of Commerce, as well as various local schools and community organizations. In addition to my training and development work, I have a variety of coaching and membership programs focused on supporting parents and teen girls. My Breakthrough Parenting Mastermind is designed to help parents understand how children think, how they function at different ages, and how to get effective discipline through teaching what to do, rather than what not to do.I actively lead an online community of 22,000+ mothers who want to bridge the communication gap and build a deeper connection with their teenage daughters. Through both the free Facebook group, Mothers Raising Teen Daughters, and my paid membership community, The Mom Suite, I provide resources and training to help mothers raise strong, confident, empathetic, and respectful teenage daughters.For more than a decade, I have been teaching personal transformation and professional development for various local organizations and schools.
