Psychologist at heart, lapsed lawyer, aspiring diplomat. Nurturing a feminist curiosity.I am a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified public policy design and management specialist. I work on state capacity, institution-building, and tech-enabled reforms, with a particular focus on governance and impact assessment. I have 5 years of experience managing teams, projects, & programs, and 12+ years of experience as a researcher, editor, and writing coach.Currently, I lead Policy Analysis & Research at eGovernments Foundation. Our work includes developing policies and frameworks for data governance, privacy by design, and MERL / organisational learning. We anchor collaborations with a wide range of policy, research, and academic institutions. I also co-lead and bootstrap The DPI Academy, a collaborative project to build the capacity of civil servants to design, manage, and leverage digital transformation.In parallel, I teach policy analysis at the Takshashila Institution, and am a member of the UN Security Sector Reform Advisory Network. I write occasionally on Indian foreign and economic policy.
