As a Concierge for a Four Seasons hotel, I anticipated needs and assisted our hotel guests in finding or making arrangements to enhance their stay in Philadelphia. This ranged from securing top city dining reservations, performance/show tickets, museum tickets, plans for day trips, historic sightseeing, and much more. West Side Assistant Area Manager
As the West Side Assistant Area Manager I was responsible for leading a large team on 10 acres of a Halloween Festival with 6 attractions focused on guest entertainment and interactivity, food & beverage vendors, retail vendors, and general customer service. I logged business volume and vendor supplies to keep event supplies in stock for the guest experience and to report during management meetings.
