Partly responsible for the logistics for 120 soldiers during training to and including deployment to Kosovo for 7 months.Partly responsible for logistics for 220 soldiers during two years of training including a deployment to Afghanistan for 7 months. During the stay in Afghanistan, responsible for linking the logistics/supply chain between our units, and the English and American units in the Helman province.In Denmark between deployments, consulted about rebuilding other units before deployment, both physically as well as their respective SAP inventory.My tasks included amongst others:- Supply chain management.- Inventory management.- Provisioning sick/wounded soldiers before departure for Denmark.- Shipping.- Maintaining own training level.- Connection/HUB between Denmark and the rest of my colleagues.Extract of results.• Recovery of presumed lost equipment worth close to 2.000.000kr.• Optimization after reviewing SAP, along with implementing better procedures/LEAN, which accounted for almost 250.000 kr.

Started as a conscript at the Royal Danish Guard before deploying to Iraq as a army MEDIC. Worked as an army MEDIC for five years, including another deployment to Kosovo, having used my military skills in both training as well as crisis situations.Switched to military logistics in 2007, with two more deployments in that capacity to Kosovo and Afghanistan. In this function i have been partly in charge of the shipping and handling of inventory to and from Denmark as well as the general needs of 120-230 soldiers.

As a MEDIC in a group of ten men, both during training as well as two different deployments to Iraq and Kosovo. I was responsible for the medical/physical wellbeing of all the members of my group, and on patrols I was responsible for medical/traume related incidents.My tasks included amongst others:- The overall overview of peoples wellbeing.- Maintaining own training level.- Risk management.- involvement in operations covering short and long amounts of time.- Creating relations to foreign units.Alternative function as a connection between contacts and other leading personel.

I was tasked to optimize the current production setup in the value chain, before introducing a new product, to prevent possible delays in schedule. The results was then put into a report for the company to freely distribute. These results were obtained by using various theories and models such as:- Value chain analysis.- Supply chain analysis.- DMAIC.- LEAN.- Total quality management.- Simulations.- Communication.Extract of results:• The final result was a possible limitation of the NNVA (Necessary Non Value Adding) processes, from approximately 50% to 13,9%. That way eliminating a lot of clutter from the process.
