Current-Oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of the technological requirements of multiple company websites and processes across various software systems, client/server architecture, and compatibility requirements. Develops and implements the designs, coding, and modification of company websites/digital properties to ensure functionality, reliability, and user experience. Oversees development, staging and live site environments across three lines of business, campaigns, and etc. -Designs, builds, and implements stylesheets and templates to ensure company websites remain in line with best practices and provide an optimal -interactive experience for users.-Creates reusable code and templates effectively and efficiently.-Project manages application and design development requirements, schedules, and activities to ensure websites meet organizational needs and regulatory requirements. -Recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives.-Serves as key team member for marketing and digital promotions, outreach campaigns, content development, providing expertise on design and development of websites and landing pages to achieve goals including tracking, conversions, and user pathway. -Work closely with web and digital team to optimize websites for SEO, key words, audience building and engagement. -Lead website intakes, create information architecture models based on client feedback and help clients/SMEs organize and plan their content.-Defines site objectives by analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality.-Conducts monthly audits of website requirements from regulatory and industry agencies to ensure compliance. -Updates job knowledge by researching new internet technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
