I see my role as an essential vector between a strategic vision of the top management and the daily reality of the transformation for the employees.In a nutshell, the approach I propose consists of activating collective intelligence in the organisation by reversing the usual top-down vision and exploring what the executors can do for the development and strategic transformation.It is therefore a matter of co-constructing with the entire hierarchy a transformation of the organisational architecture and culture, capable of mobilising and durably involving all collaborators in the apprehension of those transformations as well as in the continuous adaptation of the responses to provide.I firmly believe that the autonomy of employees must be given as much as taken. My role is to generate the framework conditions that allow the emergence and development of this autonomy, as well as the efficiency that results from it, by embedding this transformation in the existing cultural context.
