I worked as an administrative assistant at BDL Imóveis, my role being composed of a wide range of different activities. For my main responsibility within the company I cite working closely together with our expat customers from international companies like Hyundai, Samsung and 3M on offering assistance in house rental advice, maintenance issues and translation services between the expat, our real estate agency, property owners and maintenance workers. My other responsibilities were those of preparing leasing contracts, terminating the said contracts and organizing the property inspection reports. For our leasing contracts to our expat clientele, I created models for unofficial English translations for both the contract and the inspection reports.
