Monitor and document client expenses. Supervise catering arrangements. Schedule transportation and messengers. Facilitate communication between Root and client.

Recruit and manage client-facing and administrative staff at Manhattan and Brooklyn location.
 Continuously train and develop staff to ensure a high level of service for Root’s selective clients. Oversee office supply inventory and facilitate stock purchases. Coordinate between Root and companies such as: Alexander Wang, Saks, Coach, V Magazine, CR Fashion Book, Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, GQ, Armani Exchange

Answer & route phone calls. Greet visitors and assist them accordingly. Place orders for studio. Organize and file paperwork. Check each studio daily to make sure all equipment is accounted for and in good condition. Work with and accommodate large fashion companies such as Vogue, GQ, Alexander Wang, Harper’s Bazaar, etc.

Compile a database of agency show packages. Study casting trends. Assist in coordination of castings. Contact modeling agencies and negotiate rates. Work along side companies such as GANT, Opening Ceremony, Adidas, Maiyet, Thakoon, etc.

Assist stylist with outfit coordination. Organize styling closest for optimum efficiency. Prepare styling supplies.

Answer and route phone calls. Greet visitors and ensure that they are accommodated in a timely manner. Organize meeting scheduling.

Organize garments from various showrooms. Help prepare all aspects of photo shoots. Maintain organization on set. Track and compile clothing and staff credits from photo shoots.

Manage model portfolios, prints, comp cards, and distribution of show packages. Chaperon models to castings. Handle incoming phone calls, office supply inventory, fashion closet and mail room organization.

Data entry. Scan and resize photos. Assist booking agents and agency staff to update model portfolios.
