My name is Kiara Brown an Applied Sports Nutritionist and Female health coach- specialising in nutritional support, mentoring and education that assists under-fuelled athletes and members of the general public in improving their overall health status, optimising sports performance and living prosperous lives. My passion is to make a positive impact in people's lives through both evidence based practice and holistic approaches. I am driven by the opportunity to influence and enhance the quality of peoples day to day lives.I'm am honoured to have worked in previous years with participants of the Invictus Pathways Program as well as high perfoamnance athletes and many other community members.When creating both nutrition and exercise training programs, applying the most holistic and sustainable approaches for each individual is my priority. For I am a strong believer that the best programs are those that enhance the physiological, emotional and psycho-social aspects of ones health.
