Volunteer position providing telehealth literacy support sessions to one school aged child, with dyslexia and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

Adolescent Stuttering Clinic (Clinical Placement):- Supported adolescent clients during an intensive four day therapy program and during follow up appointments.- Conducted assessments and intervention.- Conducted telehealth sessions.

Speech and Language Clinic (Clinical Placement): Conducted articulation and phonology intervention for pre school aged children.

Adult rehabilitation at Williamstown Hospital (Clinical Placement):- Caseload consisted of dysphagia and language clients in the adult population.- Conducted assessments for dysphagia on people with a variety of cognitive abilities and communication needs.- Contributed in developing client skills using low tech AAC.- Gave presentation on the role of a speech pathologist in a hospital setting to a group of grade 5 children, in a program called ‘W is for Williamstown.’

Volunteer role assisting speech pathologists during group therapy for primary school aged children with autism, with various communication needs and levels of support needed. - Contributed to developing client language and social skills.- Contributed to developing client skills in using AAC systems such as Proloquo2Go.

Phonological Awareness for Literacy (PAL) program (Clinical Placement):Conducted assessment and intervention on primary school aged children. Ran both, individual and group therapy sessions, to improve literacy and phonological awareness skills.
