As a Document Associate, I manage documents throughout the document approval process in compliance with company policy and FDA regulation. I review and edit the documents, route them to the appropriate approvers, and ensure they are made effective and/or filed in the appropriate system. In doing this, I coordinate with the document owners, approvers, and quality assurance specialists. Other responsibilities include printing documents, delivering documents, running metrics and reports, and answering document related questions.

As a Guest services Agent I sold tickets to guests, informed them of current specials, informed them of the height restrictions, provided information about the resort, and asked about any extra items them may have wanted for inside the park. Other duties I performed include the selling and stocking of merchandise, using the rewards system, using the online ticket sales system, answering phone calls on a multi-line phone system, relaying messages between guests and management, regular cleaning, hosting groups, making announcements, and handling cash.
