-Current lead cycling instructor at CycleBar Fort Collins-Manages all current instructors-Recruits & trains all incoming and new instructors-Teaching 6 classes per week-In charge of developing unique playlists for each class-In charge of following up with new riders to bring them into our sales funnel

-In charge of 30+ client strategies on paid ad platforms including but not limited to Google, Google Display, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Zillow, etc. -Manages $50,000+ of PPC & Social Ad Budget-Assists the Chief Strategy Officer on creating client brand stories that are then woven through all current and future marketing efforts.-Manages and developed new formatting on all client monthly reporting utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, LocalFalcon, SEMRush, etc.-Assist on overall client digital strategy including but not limited to PPC, Social Advertising, Landing Pages & Websites, SEO, Social Media, etc.-Creates comprehensive competitive analysis' to keep abreast of different industries' trends and inspiration.

-Manage digital marketing campaigns for small and medium-sized businesses-Plan brand management campaigns as well as creating marketing plans for product and service companies-Manage monthly budgets for Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, Waze and other digital marketing channels as well as writing and optimization of ad copy and keywords-Work closely with designers and content creators to design logos, build websites, create videos, etc.-Track, analyze, and present results using Google Analytics and similar analytic platforms-Assist with day to day website maintenance and updates on WordPress, UXi, & Shopify.

-Lead copy creator/writer for weekly blog posts on TAOA's website-WordPress content creation and editing/updating of current site and content. Including fixing broken links as well as stylistic elements-Use of systems such as: MeetEdgar, Ontraport, Basecamp, Help Scout-Creation of social media taglines-Collection of customer success stories -Onboard current clients onto Basecamp system-Use of personal photography and Lightroom for current ad postings on social media

-Provide full gait analysis to properly fit customers.-In charge of facilitating our weekly group run.-In charge of placing future's orders on apparel and accessories.-Buyer for both apparel and accessories including but not limited to: clothing, socks, insoles, hydration, nutrition, reflective gear, etc.-Place stock into inventory.-Place customer special orders.

-Perform professional demonstrations and presentations about Rustic Pathways’ offerings at schools,fairs, conventions, home visits, and open houses.-Represent the company as respectful and knowledgeable ambassadors of our teams around the world.-Establish, develop, and maintain local relationships with schools year after year.-Generate sales from within a client base and foster networks to create new opportunities for revenuegrowth.-Maintain and continuously develop a sales region to encompass a targeted portfolio of schools,organizations, and contacts.-Regularly participate in initiatives and activities of other sales teams including inside sales, personaltravel advisors, gap year, groups, and human resources.-Other duties as assigned and required.
