As a Controller for Command and Control Operations, I effectively liaised with various agencies on a daily basis, ensuring seamless communication and timely dissemination of critical information based on situational requirements. I also handled diverse scenarios such as in-flight emergencies, ground emergencies, personal injuries, and facilitated Red Cross notifications in a professional capacity. My team and I not only facilitated the seamless relay of pertinent information but also dedicated time to monitor systems for real-world threats, offered vital support to aircrew and transient aircraft, and practiced security measures.

As a Department manager, I was in charge of the Health and Beauty section of the store. This consists of checking-in and accounting for all ordered product by using a scanning machine, monitoring rate of sales, and changing prices. Other duties include being a cashier, helping customers, sanitizing, and stocking.
