The Program Manager, Girl Scout Leadership Experience is responsible for directing, planning, and executing council-sponsored girl programs through community partnerships and signature events that utilize the National Program Portfolio in the pillars of S.T.E.M., the outdoors, entrepreneurship, and life skills. Oversee the council’s highest awards (Gold, Silver, and Bronze). The Program Manager, GSLE, is responsible for managing and developing committees such as the Gold Award Committee and our Girl Advisory Committee and for overseeing the administrative duties of those committees.

The CDM is also responsible for developing Girl Scout visibility and involvement in the communities, including funding resources and, being an advocate for girls and a local spokesperson for Girl Scouting.

Their products and services are in partnership with local District Government Departments, organizations, and NGOs and are available over the span of pregnancy, delivery, and up to 5 years of a child’s life. Responsibilities include creating newsletters, managing and formulating plans for social media accounts, updating, redesigning, and reformatting their website, drafting product proposals, digitizing plans for new research initiatives, designing and photographing for new marketing materials, communicating with local and international consultants, organizing google drive files, helping to create the first annual report, and any other applicable jobs.
