Hi there! My name is Kiara and I am a college graduate from Sacramento State University. I have my Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication and I am obsessed with expanding my skillset and creating new relationships. What really inspired me to study communications is the ability we have to create connections with the simple start of "Hello." My goal is to be apart of a culture that breaks down social stigmas and is a space of positivity where we can motivate and advocate for one another.In my current role as an HR Coordinator, I have the opportunity to work closely with our payroll department in onboarding new hire employees in our system and I am responsible for processing personneI actions for all employee's HR needs. As a member of the Shared Services team of SBM Management, I am proud to say that I contribute teamwork and collaborative skills, customer service skills, and detail-oriented skills with an optimistic approach. When I'm not at work, I'm watching true crime documentaries, exploring new coffee shops in my area and enjoying my time outdoors.
