In May of this year, I recieved a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Iowa State University, where my coursework delved deeply into UX design and research methodologies, including design thinking, ethnography, and qualitative research.Previously, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Web and Social Platforms from the University of Central Florida, with a minor in Digital Humanities.My experience includes project management at OneHope, where I gained insights into user-centric product development by engaging in focus groups, conducting one-on-one interviews, and designing surveys.
