As a Program Analyst at Worldwide Counter Threat Solutions (WCTS), I apply my BA in Psychology and my skills in active listening, communication, and problem solving to support the VHA and Optimizing Health Care Value Program. I joined WCTS in June 2023, after graduating from James Madison University in Dec 2022, where I studied psychology and developed an interest in human behavior and cognition. Previously, I gained valuable experience as a Mental Health Technician at Inova Health System and a HelpLine Resource Specialist at NAMI, where I assisted patients and callers with mental health issues and provided them with resources and referrals.
