- Assist in planning, organizing & execution of promotional events and digital campaigns- Execute proper technical and physical set-up and breakdown of remote broadcasts and station events; ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on the fly- Represent stations at events in an upbeat, outgoing, and friendly manner- Data Entry of Promotional events and contesting- Create e-blasts, social media posts & website posts; review promotional information and graphics- Inventory and maintenance of prize closet, calendars, and events for current and upcoming promotions- Assisting the Promotions and Marketing Department with projects as needed in the office- Assist with vehicle inspections, fuel, and coordinating maintenance- Ability to drive station vehicles with attached trailer- Maintain and storage of station equipment

In my position, I coordinate telecare customer support calls and respond to patients' questions and requirements. I'm in charge of creating patient charts, obtaining important data and papers from our patients, and making sure that medical records are well-organized, precise, and comprehensive.I simplify our record-keeping procedure by making digital copies of paper documents and safely storing them online. My daily routine also includes quickly and accurately filing paperwork and inpatient reports, which helps our operations run more smoothly.Maintaining patient confidentiality is important, and I help protect patient data and make sure HIPAA regulations are followed. I also input data into the facility's main database, which helps the information flow smoothly

Bert Show interns are in the Atlanta-based studio with the cast during the live broadcast from 6:00 AM – 10 AM on weekday mornings and are responsible for many duties, including helping with the following:- Aiding with pre-show prep- Researching for celebrity interviews- Researching headlines in affiliate markets daily for on-air content- Finding web content relevant to The Bert Show’s demographic- Earmarking content from the show to be used to promote the show/cast- Crafting custom content for social media platforms- Helping with on-air promotions- Helping with video and photo production- Aiding with affiliate station relations- Helping troubleshoot/maintain positive interactions with listeners- Writing Entertainment Buzz articles for the website- Indexing the show daily- Submitting personal topics for consideration for on-air content- Aiding with the production of on-air bits- Participating in on-air breaks- Enforcing The Bert Show branding
