I’m Kiara, and I am where entrepreneurship and creativity collide. I have a handful of companies under my management and enjoy using both my right and left brain to elevate my businesses. As a serial entrepreneur, I know that multiple revenue streams can come from a variety of interests and industries. Naturally creative, I like to infuse innovation into everything I do. Currently, I am the Co-CEO and Co-Owner of Relish Group. We are venue operators, catering for private and corporate clients as well as Relish cafe bars. Our showcase is The Venue and Café Bar in the iconic Royal Liver Building. I believe that spectacular events invoke all of our senses and I use my creative background to help create unforgettable memories around food.While our clients only see a finished event, I play an integral role in all business operations. I always work within budgets and utilise thoughtful financial oversight. I like to look for ways to trim expenses wherever I can in order to maximise my budget while maintaining integrity and company standards. My role includes planning and strategy for the business, budget, and target setting, key metrics analysis, cash-flow forecasts, and more. I also oversee the marketing team, am involved with brand look and feel, working with all creatives including interior designers, and web developers. I understand that a team is only as successful as its systems and I excel in building and implementing systems that work.My main contributions are:Group strategy, objectives setting, performance checking Finance management working with accounts and bookkeepersOverseeing the marketing team - creating new brands and concepts, campaigns, any promotional materials, creating brand awareness Charity, social responsibility (I’ve contributed to numerous charities throughout my life). I am currently a Creative Consultant for Merseyside Polonia which helps me connect with my Polish heritage.The secret to my success is staying focused on maintaining the highest level of quality output in all areas. The best way to grow a business is by making your customers and clients happy. And I am always in the business of making people as happy as possible. When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my three children or knee-deep in charitable endeavors. During the pandemic, we supplied 500 meals per week to those in need through the Everton in the Community Foundation.I was born to be an entrepreneur and I look forward to continuing to grow my businesses and seeking out new ventures along the way.
