Community Associate
Current- Event Coordinator: plan and manage in-house member events, work with vendors for hosting events, marketing and promotion- Front Desk Management: Ensure mail and packages are checked in/out and organized, answer phones calls/emails, assist members with request- CRM: (Salesforce, Monday, Slack, Medallia) Receive and respond to member feedback, assist with members support requests via salesforce- Sales: Offer possible tenants tours of ofGice spaces, assist with pricing, member sign up Operations: OfGice/Building walkthroughs, ticket submissions for all support, Move-In/ Move-Out tenants, Account Add-Ons
