I am a third-year marketing student at the University of Green Bay, graduating in May of 2025.I studied business management at Fox Valley Technical College for two years and learned about a variety of business backgrounds and the implementation of data. At the University of Green Bay, I discovered that marketing combines both creativity and data-driven decision-making, which immediately sparked my interest. Using analytical techniques in my coursework on social media campaigns allows me to apply my creative qualities in marketing. Furthermore, experiencing the impact of marketing strategies on businesses stimulated me to explore deeper into understanding the complexities of this dynamic field. In addition to my schooling in 2019, I worked as a teller at Community First Credit Union. My position as a teller enabled me to become more involved with the community by volunteering at various organizations. Outside of employment, I participate in activities such as performing at Hmong New Year, Hmong organizations, and institutions. These show performances allow me to showcase my cultural heritage while also connecting with those who have a similar background. Participating in these events has allowed me to hone my networking abilities and broaden my professional relationships within the Hmong community. As a current student at UW-Green Bay, in a few of my course work projects, such as advertising for a company, social media campaigns, and creating a new product, I have the ability to showcase more of my creativity by brainstorming and implementing future advertisement work for selective companies.
