Contracting with Department of Education as a SAP Senior Business Analyst• Defining and reviewing reporting requirements and assisting in the specification and testing of reports in BW• Understanding of the budgeting/forecasting process and assistance in the defining of associated system processes• Assistance in the overseeing and supporting User Acceptance Testing in relation to financial processing, planning and reporting• Involved in defect resolution for any issues identified in UAT• Examination of enhancements as required by the business in relation to Finance reporting and related processes.

SAP BW Developer Role: BW Development and Support (from 2004)• Architectural design (using SAP recommended multiple layer concept) and build technical objects such as: Info Objects, Data store Objects, Info Cubes and Transformation rules.• Staging of master data and transactional data from SAP/BW and external data sources. Use SAP R3 standard extractors, BW internal export data sources and flat file uploads• Data extractions using Open Hub• Error handling / Trouble shooting (2nd level support)• Bex Analyser: Design of queries and workbooks includes management report • Create Business report for users • Provide user training• Unit testing , integration testing • Create technical documents• Process Chain support Role: FICO BA/Functional Consultant• Coordinate and perform end to end project cycle for FICO module : User requirements, To be modeling, GAP analysis, Build and Test, User Training and Implementation follow up with after go-live / production support.• Perform configuration on all FICO related processes plus the integration to MM, SD and PP.• Technical documentation on Configuration and Development system specification.• Provide Business Analyst process support and expertise for the SAP regional system for the FICO modules including analysis, testing and implementation, ensuring that incident and change control and enhancement governance procedures are being followed in a highly regulated environment.• Perform system administration and 2nd/3rd level SAP support.• Ensure compliance with security SOPs/policies, and adequate access rights are given to trained staff.• Accountable for appropriate and qualitative system documentation including technical system documentation, installation scripts, test plans and scripts.• Responsible for making sure that incident and change control and enhancement governance procedures are being followed.• Material Ledger implementation 2000• SAP Upgrade 4.6C to ECC6 2008
