I have worked in forensic technology services for over 22 years with a strong emphasis on digital and cyber forensics, electronic discovery, fraud investigations, expert testimony and litigation support. I advise clients globally on matters relating to theft of intellectual property, patent & trademark infringements, bribery and FCPA violations, SEC investigations, investigations for Special Committees, accounting irregularities and large scale electronic discovery matters, to name a few. I have served in leadership roles at eminent consulting firms in the United States and in India, and have set up and led their forensic technology practices. I have conducted, managed and led large-scale data preservation and electronic discovery matters, many of which have involved cross-border disputes in North America, Europe and Asia. I have given expert testimony on matters related to forensic investigations in arbitration, depositions and state courts in the Unites States.Outside of work, I am a yoga practitioner and recently qualified as a certified yoga teacher.
