The purpose of the project was to increase the level of local and premium products within the ICA stores, in a safe and secure way. As a part of the project we made a national tour with 12 stops where we meet more than 450 local suppliers from Kristiansstad to Luleå. To manage business we made an web-based site for order and payments.Started in the project as responsible for assortment and suppliers, ended up after one year as overal responsible for the project team.
