I am a dedicated and results-driven IT professional, with an Associates of Applied Science degree in Cybersecurity & Network Administration at South Puget Sound Community College, where I maintained a 4.0 GPA and earned placement on the President’s list throughout. My academic and professional journey in IT is underpinned by a strong foundation in customer service and leadership, developed over nearly a decade of managing teams and addressing complex customer needs across various sectors.My technical expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of IT skills, including deployment and maintenance of Windows and GNU/Linux operating systems, managing virtualized environments using Hyper-V, ESXI, Proxmox, and TrueNAS, and proficiency in remote support tools like RDP, TeamViewer, and VNC. I am skilled in CMD, PowerShell, Bash, Python, and Cisco CLI, with foundational knowledge in scripting across these platforms.In my recent roles, I have interned with the WA Department of Recreation and Conservation and RheapData, where I was responsible for deploying workstation devices, assisting in audits for regulatory compliance, and enhancing internal IT practices. These experiences have honed my abilities in troubleshooting, technical documentation, and implementing IT solutions that enhance organizational efficiency.At the heart of my career is a passion for administration of services that others can enjoy. I have independently managed an Infrastructure as a Service Project since 2020, overseeing the selection, installation, and administration of enterprise equipment, and deploying over 60 containers and virtual machines. All with the purpose of providing cloud based applications for those that I care about free of charge.
