I report to the President and Branch Committee to support community pharmacies to offer the best health care for their patients. I lead my team to deliver member services, workplace relations advice, clinical advice, regulatory compliance support, advocacy and events.Since I started in the role, the organisation has:- Refreshed the strategic planning environment - aligning the strategic plan, budget and staff incentives - Delivered a budget surplus every year- Increased staff satisfaction from 73% to 89% - Grown member attendance at conferences and events by 5%+ per annum and online engagement by 10%+ per annum- Delivered workplace relations, clinical and regulatory advice to members, with over 99.9% of inquiries resolved within agreed timeframes- Enhanced and expanded stakeholder engagement- Secured bipartisan support for sector-changing improvements to pharmacists scope of practice, with dozens of additional services now permitted in community pharmacies across NSW
