CCEI stands for Center for Creative Economy and Innovation. It's a network of centers in South Korea that offer programs and resources to support startups and entrepreneurs as an public startup accelerator and facilitator. I was the head of Gangwon region in CCEI system for two full years.

I returned to the IGAWorks. It has grown very fast during my absence of 18 months. As a HR executive of over 65 employee, I provide services of finding talents, recruiting, training, retaining and coaching. Simply saying, I am trying to build a winning team in this start-up. When I left IGAWorks to join Startup Alliance, it was already in Series C and has built a steady revenue stream.

Beautiful Store Foundation started with a charity shop in 2002 by several activists and patrons. We now have, as the largest non-profit social enterprise in Korea, over four hundred paid staffs and more than eight thousand volunteers at 120 stores nationwide. In 2012 alone, we collected about 10 million donated items to find new users instead of going to be buried in landfill. And about ten thousand people in need were benefited by the proceeds from over USD 20 million operations. By carrying ethical products in stores online and offline, we help small social enterprises who manufacture eco-friendly or organic goods. The foundation is also a strong voice for supporting Fair Trading in Korea while importing fair trading coffee and chocolates from Nepal, Peru and Uganda.When I work there, I have focused on expanding the programs to developing countries in the Asia Pacific. We have been supporting local NGOs in the region who fought against poverty for some years and would continue to increase the size of fund and quality of engagement.

A solid technology leader in the industry.As an entrepreneur in residence (EIR), I helped the company to turn around. I left the company right after they successfully raised Series B funding.

While studying Gerontology in CSULB, I worked part-time at an affordable housing community for elders, located in Anaheim, CA.The Social Service Coordinator program is provided by Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to maintain the quality life of residents in section 8 housing.

Responsible for the operation of 170 room Ramada Plaza Hotel in LAX until it was sold in Oct. 2007.

Responsible for business developments in Korea and Japan. Deployed "Verified by Visa" solutions to credit card Issuers in the territory.It was acquired by CA Technology in 2010.
