ISP technical director, 1. Establish an ISP 3A / IQ / Tuning Tool / Middleware teams, I built from scratch and managed. Also contributed algorithms such as EIS, AI NR, AI Autoscene, etc. At present, ten people in the Taiwan team are directly under my management, and 10 people in the mainland team are indirectly managed, totaling 20 people. In the first year of IC mass production, the top ten industry companies in the world mass-produced. The market share of our product has entered the top eight within two years, and it is still expanding the mass production record of large customers. Have a great passion for ISP or Camera.ISP 技術總監，1. 建立 ISP 團隊，除了演算法部門由總經理親自管理。其餘 ISP 3A / IQ / Tuning Tool / Middleware 都是我從無到有建立，並負責管理。也貢獻了 EIS、AI NR、AI Autoscene 等演算法。目前台灣團隊十人直屬我管理，間接管理大陸團隊10人，共二十人。在ＩＣ量產第一年內即讓全球市佔前十的行業公司量產。從第一個IC Tape Out 起算，兩年內市佔率已進入前八名，目前仍不斷擴增大客戶量產紀錄。對 ISP/Camera 有極高熱忱。
