About Kelly Kidd

I'm driven by people and relationships and love being an agent of change. I've been in the HCM industry for 15 years and enjoy following the evolution of this industry and people strategies. I believe in a servant leadership style, and carry this philosophy with me in all my interactions. I love workforce management and finding new ways to address common problems. In my role I manage channel partnerships including health brokers, CPAs, and associations. My objectives are to help our partners differentiate themselves by delivering a more competitive service offering to their clients, helping partners insulate their book of business from risk, provide operational efficiency, and support business growth with the latest go-to-market trends and strategy.
