My role is to provide project and program control and administration support services to the Telecommunications Division, specifically the NBN ISPC contract. Undertake a daily review on all projects tasks to ascertain whether they are on track for meeting agreed delivery dates and escalate if this is not the case;Prepare Customer quotes and assess & process variations;Identify through the Program ‘Schedule of Rate’ correct product Codes, and that material & installation activity has been used prior to signing off on completed works;Upload job packs into the Clients’ portal;Undertake task tracking, ensuring task completion in line with program objectives;Prepare and submit construction packs to achieve client issued practical completion;

Successful migration into new Tech Management System (Marvel). I Identified issuewith dispatching work files using new system. I created a work around whilst this wasbeing resolved by I.T dept so there was no disruption. Successfully reduced the number of cable to satellite conversions by implementing aprocess whereby a cable connection that couldn't go ahead had to be called in by asupervisor advising that it was unserviceable, customer did not wish to wait for repairworks on network, customer rejected installation method or if the customer justwanted a satellite connection.
