1.Collecting stock movement reports for entry into CATS in a timely and accurate manner;2.Reviewing data to ensure accuracy. Daily reconciliation exercises should be conducted to compare CATS data with physical reports.3.Extracting reports on stock movements as requested;4.Providing information and supportto DRMSS data entry operators as well as Case Team Leaders and other WFP staff as required;5.Keeping all documents collected from different sections in a proper filing system for audit purposes;6.Liaise promptly with the CATS Project Manager and CATS Support Officer to resolve any CATS technical issues impeding smooth data entry;7.Drafting correspondence related to the field of work;

1. To participate as a Data collector for the survey prepared by GAVI/ CRS that focused on demonstrating the contribution of CSOs towards immunization sector.2. Explain the purpose of the survey Questionnaire for more than 100 CSOs that are engaged in any kind of intervention towards immunization.3. Compiled filled questionnaires using SPSS software by importing the raw data from Excel spreadsheet and prepare it for further analysis.4. Travel to regional areas such as Jijiga, Dire Dawa, Adama and Alem Tena to Identify and communicate some CSOs that have any interventions on immunization. The field travel focused on collecting data from potential regional CSOs for the GAVI/CRS survey.5. Give basic awareness about of the Ethiopian Civil Society Health Forum (ECSHF) under CCRDA; its strategic priorities, its membership criteria’s and to convince and initiate regional CSOs to be a member of it.6. Participate in the making of a profile directory for members of CCRDA which have an intervention on immunization. It contained their organizational profiles, immunization focus areas and Geographical Coverage.

1. Participate in the screening process of trainees for a project by preparing selection criteria for choosing the right women beneficial for the project. 2. Prepare base line information of the women trainee’s Demographic, socio-economic, and health backgrounds by using both qualitative and quantitative methods. 3. Facilitate and control the overall conditions in a project area.4. Prepare product inventory list, record production rates, and Purchase necessary raw materials. 5. Facilitate necessary condition for the women trainees to form a cooperative.6. Participate in the preparation of exit strategy that focused mainly on how the project will phase out. 7. Assist the project Manager, trainers and other co-workers in the project site and in the head office.8. Act as a communication person between different stakeholders and implementing partners of the project.

1. Create a contact databases for PACCI that contains different company profiles. The database includes companies like the African Chamber of Commerce’s, different Media outlets and local and international organizations worldwide. It helped PACCI to prepare an invitation list for monthly conferences much easily.2. Categorize and placing different manually printed Business cards according to their groups.3. Ensuring the accuracy and relevancy of all data entered into databases.4. Assist all office managers in every aspect of day to day activities
