Oversee the quality and manufacturing steps of all products made overseas on a per vendor basis. Responsible for all aspects of production of designated men's and youth styles (denim, boardshorts, hybrids, wetsuits, wovens jackets/pants/shorts, neoprene, lycra) until they are shipped from origin. Issue and maintain all production purchase orders for products.• Issue production orders and maintain PO details in system• Communicate daily with vendors to track orders and troubleshoot issues pertaining to the orders• Carefully track WIP to ensure vendors are on time throughout the production process• Adjusting size scales on PO’s to best cover sales• Distribute units for different regions• Order and distribute hangtags for special orders• Review print & color strike off and bulk approvals with Production Manager• Track and comment on samples through the approval process• Work closely with planning, sales, design and development teams

The Aztec Consulting and the Lavin Entrepreneurship Center at San Diego State University were tasked by LISC San Diego to provide support and guidance to small businesses and micro-entrepreneurs of the Greater Logan Heights and City Heights community.
