Producer, Director, and Technical Director for major events for Regent University including but not limited to, United Night of Worship, Regent University Athletics, Chapel, All-Staff, etc. Also, responsible for maintaining Regent Universities multi-million-dollar preforming arts center and all equipment inside; including but not limited to Television Studio, Film Stage, Equipment Office, Main Stage Theatre, and Studio Theatre. Overseeing video equipment and packages for Regent University to ensure quality of recordings and broadcasts are professional and strong. Supervisor to all post-production workflow for Regent University, from internal and external vendors, including cataloging and server maintenance. Works with other supervisory staff on equipment purchases and maintenance across campus. Responsible for 80+ agents in our admissions department both onsite and remote. Ensure quality training and oversight to managers and front line employees. Developed training and team building initiatives for the entire department of over 200 people. I was responsible for media creation for sermon series, special events, and interviews used during weekly services. There were narrative and commercial in nature with a wide array of uses.

Studio and field cinematography, including shows, new broadcasts, sporting events, and special events. Also editor for many programs and broadcasts to ensure they met expectations for the station. Furthermore, I assisted with the implementation and execution for live streaming service for the television station and Campbellsville University.
