Defined and established new processes to package, test and deliver maintenance releases in compliance with the highest quality and safety standards for clinical environment. Successfully delivered 6 maintenance releases to major customers

Installed, tested and validated the therapy control system for a major customer in South Korea, completing the mission 6 weeks ahead of schedule

Analyzed 70+ complex software issues and provided solutions for all of them to 2 proton therapy centers in the US and in China, increasing their system uptime by respectively 3% and 5%
