- Lead wind project development in Vietnam for both green field and brown field projects- Lead the engagement with local authorities including province or ministry levels- Responsible for the engagement with local stake holders for M & A, co-development…- Collaborate with global development team to set up the local development strategy and execute development work.- Responsible for the project business case in Vietnam and in other assigned countries- Participate in commercial negotiations related to the strategy including relating to offtake, grid, land, financing…- Run the forecast/estimation of the market and specific economic models- Monitor and do the analysis on local market or policy mechanism regarding renewable projects to understand competitive landscape, growth opportunities, PPA market and project financing landscape- Responsible for project technical analysis/assessment (grid study, construction feasibility study, pre-feasibility, Feasibility study, basic design…)- Identify, assess and execute business development opportunities- Responsible for vendor, consultant and stake holder management- Contribute to negotiations of contractual agreements with third parties on commercial, project, joint venture and M&A transactions- Deliver or contribute to internal governance for the investment decisions- Collaborate with other business divisions for knowledge-sharing and for building relevant external partner, supplier and consultant relationships

- On behalf of UPC Vietnam, be responsible for, and the central driver of, successful project development of one or multiple wind and solar projects including permitting, within the agreed timeframe and financial constraints.- The role requires initiative, self-reliance, and management of multiple functions and departments internally and externally.- Overall responsible to lead and manage all project development for the assigned project(s).- Responsible for creating project development schedule and reporting regularly on status of the schedule.- Develop and comply with operating budget.- Create, prepare, plan, and submit all applications required for the development of the project.- Liase with and manage consultants and contractors working to support the development of the project(s) in their various fields.- Effectively track time between assigned projects to ensure that cost is allocated appropriately.- Work with the Wind Resource department to effectively site turbines and solar arrays to ensure maximum efficiency, while complying with all required regulations.- Prepare and create documentation for the project under IFC Performance standards, along with various other departments.- Key point of contact for government personnel regarding the project.- Manage Consultants/Service Companies for Feasibility Study, Technical Design, Land Use Rights, Construction Permitting, Interconnection, Grid Connection Agreement, Environmental Permitting, Metering Agreement, SCADA/EMS Agreement, Protective Relay System Agreement, Power Purchase Agreement, and various other efforts for the assigned project(s), with support from other members of the team.- Support the Director Board to ensure that once financial closed is achieved on the assigned project(s), all documentation has been appropriately filed and managed so that the construction manager may receive a seamless handover to carry out the construction works.

- Physically execute equipment operation at rig site to deliver ordered services (Tractor, Miller, Cleaner Logging-wireline/slickline.)- Prepare equipment for load out, Operation check and logistic support including paperwork.- Communicate with client for equipment mobilization to the rig.- Spare apart order and closely work with maintenance team.- Assign job tasks for the crew (4-8 people: 1 -2 crew chief, the rest are operators) - Act as crew leader on job at well site in professional manner. (Crew are people from different countries.)- Manage crew change, crew personnel structure, shift swap.- Responsible for the whole crew in terms of HSE and service.- Be a company representative at well site, working closely with OIM (Operation Installation Manager), Company Man….- Execute logging service at well site (tractoring, cleaning, plug setting and other service as assigned by the Operation Manager).- Keep Software updated.- Troubleshoot equipment failure if it happens.- Responsible for collected data and service quality which will be given to client.- Send daily report to town with accurate and latest update.- Technical support for client.- Work closely with logistic team during equipment mobilization or demobilization.- Be a mentor for young Field Engineer, operators- Report to the Service Delivery Manager.

- Seismic Engineer is one type of Wireline Engineer working both onshore and offshore.- Specialize in 2D, 3D – VSP (Vertical Seismic Profile).- Work with air guns, vibrator, Eclips, Geochain, Geowave…. System (seismic tool, source and recording systems).- Work as crew leader/supervisor for seismic job at well site in professional manner. - Assign job tasks for crew (4-8 people: 1 -2 crew chiefs, the rest are operators/helpers) - Manage crew change, crew personnel structure, shift swap (Crew is multi-national crew)- Execute seismic logging at wellsite.- Be able to work under high pressure working tasks.- Be responsible for seismic data package which sent to client.- Responsible for working permit at wellsite and HSE as required.- Responsible for MPI/LOAD Test certification for equipment to be sent for jobs.- Execute production logging and some other services as required.- Be responsible for time sheet, equipment status and service ticket.- Act as a fast learner and an accountable trainer in a dynamic team/environment.- Work with maintenance, logistic and partly with marketing team.- Provide training for operators, helpers.- He reports to the Field Service Manager

- The MDT Specialist has the principal responsibility for ensuring that their assigned equipment (MDT: Modular Dynamic Formation Tester/MSCT: Mechanical Side Wall Coring Tool), both for preventative maintenance and repair, is maintained to the highest standards and according to the latest specifications.- He is aware of the potential risks associated with such maintenance and works in a safe, orderly and efficient manner. - MDT specialist mainly works as a technician on Maintenance site but he also works as an expert in technical site with issues related to MDT tool (MDT tool is one of the most important tool in wireline segment used to take fluid sample or to measure pressure, temperature, resistivity, oil-gas-water phase… from these data a gradient of gas, oil, water is made for further step in oil and gas exploration or evaluation. MSCT is a tool to take rock/stone sample from well formation).- The MDT Specialist reports to the Maintenance Manager and Field Service Manager of the Location.
