Developed a sustainable self service to efficiently provide on-demand assistance to daily application support requests and an UI to provide visibility to application usages, eliminating all processing time overhead, delivering tool access with minimal wait time, and allowing engineers to stay focus and be productive. • Delivered a self-service portal with a team of 2 for handling Siemens Polarion ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) user provisioning, using ServiceNow Rest API to create, update, and close respective tasks, Selenium to authenticate and obtain session token, Bootstrap and JQuery to style the request form and access tables, Java to send mail and obtain approval from respective owners, SQL query to store and update requests and owners, Anywhere to add respective AD account to respective security group.• Led a team of 5 to upgrade SolidWorks Product Data Management (PDM) to 2022 with a managed SQL instance to negate a $30k license fee due to the exclusion of SQL license bundled with the application.• Developed a usage tracker add-in for SAS JMP, client-side application, in JMP Scripting Language (JSL) to capture relevant details to identify the hosts, users, and their usages in assisting with license management and license renewal.• Built several real-time web dashboards to showcase various supported application license usages, using SQL queries and middleware to interface among several data sources from Snow Software, ServiceNow, MS System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and MS repadmin.• Implemented software to check for license compliance checker to only allow entitled users to check out the licenses and to enforce anonymous users to register before gaining access. • Engaged in requirement management system Siemens Polarion transformation from a single server to an enterprise setup with a load balancer and two application nodes to ensure uptime and stability with added security (SSL) and single sign-on using MS Azure.
