International Express and Air Freight

• Responsible to all sales activities to gain new potential International & Domestic Express customers and maintain existing customers through sales and service excellence, including development plan for the sales force.• Conducting customer visits to key customers, new and potential customers. Maintaining the relationships with key / important customers.• Supervising and monitoring sales team to identify sales opportunities, conduct sales calls and customer visits in assigned territories.• Ensuring that all customer's complaints / concerns / inquiries are handled well.• Forecasting and analyzing sales data. • Weekly sales report of KPI’s to direct National Sales Manager• Keeping to targets and managing KPI’s.

• Responsible for selling hoists, tower cranes and other construction machinery;• Responsible in bidding and e-bidding for supply of equipment for the projects;• Responsible for content of Selling tools: Catalogue, Profile, Website of Company;

• Develop, seek potential B2B Courier and Air Freight customer, maintain current customers in Southern Area;• Responsible for team and personal’s performance, business planning and reached sales targets with team;• Maintain discipline, motivation, spirit of team;• Propose business strategies for department, division increase revenue;• Implement and deploy campaigns and guidance from Board of Management.• The result achieved:- Development of HCM area revenue increase 400% after 2 years;- Award of Excellence Staff 2013;- Other awards of Best area revenue, quantity and revenue of new customer in month….
