Over the past 17 years I have contiuously worked within the recruitment field for biometrics, built relationships with thousands of professionals, helping over 500+ statisticians and programmers from Senior to Director level find their ideal positions. The first half of my career was spent working with many top 10 pharmaceutical and biotech companies, learning what they look for and supporting their internal growth whilst building high functioning biometrics teams. Many of those professionals have stayed within that organisation throughout their career and have become leaders in their own right. The past 10 years I've dedicated my skills and time to help grow Veramed from 10 people to over 350 staff and counting by building an absolutley AMAZING internal recruitment team capable of dealing with the needs of the business, streamlining and implementing processes, listeneing to internal stakeholders, helping them understand their needs and skillsets required.
